ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2014 and has grown into a team of 10 who are focused on developing professionals and delivering strong service to our customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked for a State Farm agent, which gave me firsthand experience and helped shape the culture I wanted to build in my own office.
I’m a graduate of Binghamton University, married with two kids, and spend much of my free time coaching football, baseball, and basketball. Being involved with youth sports and staying connected to families in the community is something I truly enjoy.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kris Yelverton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
